Credential applications will be reviewed by the school's sports information departments and approved or denied by the Celebration Bowl Media Coordinator. A notice will be emailed to you at a later date to update you on the status of your credential application.

Further instructions and Celebration Bowl information will be emailed with credential approvals no later than Sunday, December 8.

CREDENTIAL DISTRIBUTION POLICIES
Deadline: December 2, 2024
Membership in a writer, or broadcasters association does not automatically qualify an agency or individual for credentials. Having been credentialed for other bowl games does not automatically qualify an agency or individual for credentials. Credentials are not transferable. Executives and/or staff without game day duties or assignments will not be credentialed.

Credential requests will be considered only if they are submitted by the sports editor, the director/producer, publisher, or by the photo editor. Submission of credential application DOES NOT guarantee credential will be issued. Credentials and parking passes will be issued based on approval by the Celebration Bowl media coordinator.

• Credential requests are NOT acceptable via email.
• Credentials are granted to working media only.
• Only one application per media agency.
• Applications must be submitted by an authorized assignment editor/director.
• If you have been approved for a parking pass, it will be emailed to you on the Friday morning
• Working media members who have not picked up their credentials at the end of the day Thursday, December 12, should pick up credentials at least two hours prior to the event at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Media Will Gate 1.
• PHOTGRAPHY: News editors, photo editors or Producers, shall request all credentials. Most media agencies will be limited to a maximum of two credentials. All photographers/cameramen must also obtain a vest for field access. Vest must be returned to staff prior to leaving the stadium.
• Submission of credential application does not guarantee credential will be issued. Credentials and parking passes will be issued based on approval by the Band of the Year Media Coordinator.
• No credentials are issued to freelance writers, freelance photographers, scouts, equipment carriers, film runners, other assistants, children, or spouses.
