MISSISSIPPI STATE UNIVERSITY TERMS OF CREDENTIAL USE
ll persons of any age must have a ticket or credential for admission. Not assignable or transferrable. No refunds, no exchanges, no re-admission. Event may be rescheduled without prior notice. User assumes all risks of injury or death at event Revocable if user is disruptive, endangers others or uses vulgar, threatening or demeaning language. User grants Mississippi State non-exclusive, transferable, perpetual right and license to use (and sub-license the use of) his or her name and likeness if it is included in any broadcast, photograph or other media of the event. No alcoholic beverages, bottles, cans or containers, laser pointers, irritants, video cameras, strobe lights or any type of weapon (or anything which Mississippi State or its representatives may deem as a weapon allowed. User consents to a personal search prior to entry. Credential may not be used for advertising, promotion, contest or commercial purposes without express written consent of Mississippi State University. Additional terms and conditionings governing the use of this credential may be posted on the website of Mississippi State University and are incorporated herein by reference. By using this credential, user agrees to be bound by such terms and conditions.
