Media Credential Request Form

Welcome to the credential application for the 2024 California Crown.

Credentials are required for all staff, vendors, and media personnel attending the event on Saturday, September 28th. Staff requiring access to the venue prior to these days will be issued a daily wristband. Please speak with your onsite contact about these.

Credential submission deadline: Friday, September 20th

Credential applications submitted after the deadline are subject to delayed pickup during event week.

Must be clear, sharp, in color, and in focus.Mut show both sides of the face clearly. (No side profile images)Must show full front view of the face, including shoulders.Face and shoulders must be centered in the photo.Eyes cannot be covered by hair, sunglasses, or anything else.No hats or head coverings, unless for religious reasons.The entire face must be visible.No shadows covering the face.Photo background is plain, uniform, and light in color.No group photos.Do not use any filters or animations.Do not take a photo of your driver's license or similar identification card.
