Staff Credential Request Form

This is your opportunity to request credentials for the 2024-2025 athletic season.

This request is for your unit's All-Sport season long photo credentials. An All-Sport credential allows for access into a venue for working purposes and does not guarantee a seat. When attending an event as a spectator please request a game ticket from the Razorback Ticket Office.

Please complete this form in its entirety. Supervisors may fill it out for their entire team or send it out to teammates to be completed individually. For questions about the form, or any other credential-related questions, please contact Trevor Tigue, ttigue@uark.edu. All requests will be reviewed upon receipt.

Remember, once you put a credential on you are now serving that event in a working capacity. Our fans will recognize you as someone responsible for the event. Be prepared to provide them with the best Hospitality possible!
