Season Long Credential Request Form

Please fill out the following form in its entirety. You can fill out the form on behalf of yourself or on behalf of other members of your organization.

By filling out this form you are requesting a SEASON LONG credential for the 2025 season.

Once the form is submitted, your request will be sent for approval. Your request will be approved if you will be attending the event in a working capacity. Not all requests will be approved.

This working credential ("credential") is issued as a courtesy to an accredited agency (the "Agency") for the sole purpose of providing stadium or venue access to the University of Wyoming Athletics events to an individual representative of the agency ("representative") who has a legitimate working function in connection with the event for which this credential is issued (the "event").
