Cube Services is seeking an organized, detail-oriented individual to join our IT Crowd.

Job Duties:

• Troubleshooting MacOS, iOS & desktop printers
• Networking and File Server maintenance
• Computer setup and onboarding for new hires
• Maintaining Best Practices for network and desktop security
• Providing desktop support both in-house and remote
• Work travel to assist with event access control and registration.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of MacOS and Windows operating systems and hardware – with emphasis on MacOS and iOS
• Mad skills in communication and empathy with a coworker’s help request
• Proficiency with Cloud Services – Google Suite, Office 365/Entra
• Mobile Device Management experience (JAMF platform is a plus)
• Creative Team support experience with Adobe Creative Suite.

Other Skills (but not necessary):

• Basic knowledge of print production
• Macintosh Fleet / Lab deployment experience
• Juggling bowling pins, torches and marshmallows. Simultaneously.

This is a non-remote position and requires the employee to be in office full time Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm with the occasional on-call and work travel.

Salary position starts at $42,000 – $52,000 per year depending on experience.
