Now Hiring: Art Intake Specialist
Cube Services, Inc. is an award winning, industry leading company based in Reno, NV that specializes in the design and manufacturing of security credentials. We work globally with top touring music acts, the professional and collegiate sports industries, and events production companies.
As an Art Intake Specialist, you’ll be responsible for reviewing incoming artwork, ensuring it meets our specifications, and verifying its usability for our in-house artists and production team. Your role is essential in maintaining the quality and creativity that Cube Services is known for. If you have a strong sense of organization, good communication skill and a basic knowledge of Adobe applications, this could be the perfect position for you!
Job Duties:
- Review and assess submitted artwork to ensure it meets technical requirements (file format, resolution, etc.)
- Communicate with clients to resolve any issues with their artwork, providing feedback on necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure artwork transitions smoothly into the print process
- Maintain organized records of artwork submissions and ensure timely processing
- Assist with Quality Control when needed
Required Skills:
- Familiarity with graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign)
- Strong understanding of design principles and print production requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Other Skills (but not necessary):
- Basic knowledge of print production
- Experience with Mac OS
This position requires the employee to be in-office full time Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm. Salary position starts at $18/hr depending on experience.
