BASIC: After getting to know your needs, we’ll give you the tools to input all necessary data to set up your itinerary. Our itinerary specialists will organize the information using one of our standard templates and send you a proof for final approval. If you don’t have time to input your own data, no problem! Our data specialists can assist for an additional fee.
SEMI-CUSTOM: Our standard templates already include a ton of options, but maybe you need just a little something extra? No problem! Our itinerary specialists can modify any of our templates to include the information you need. Just like the ‘Basic’ option, we’ll set you up with the tools to enter data and then take care of the rest.
CUSTOM: Need a fully custom itinerary to cover all the logistics for your tour? We’ll design a layout from the ground up, input all the data, and give you a one-of-a-kind product.

How it Works
DATA INTAKE
• Submit a discovery form, which includes dates and basic tour information.
• Upon receiving the discovery form, one of our itinerary specialists will contact you to discuss the project.
• For the “Basic” package, enter data into the supplied spreadsheet, including date-specific information, hotel/travel info, personnel lists, and vendor/offices lists.
SETUP
• We transfer your data into the itinerary layout.
• Once the setup is complete, we will share a proof for approval and/or revisions.
• The “Basic” package includes two rounds of revisions.
• Once we receive final approval, we will supply you with a protected PDF and/or printed books.
